Bio

I’m a writer, wife, and mother of four. I grew up in St.Paul, Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota. Under an Army ROTC scholarship, I studied playwriting and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts. I served over ten years in the United States Army, and did a lot of non-fiction report writing as a Military Intelligence Officer. As a civilian, I now work full time writing fantasy fiction novels.

I’m a lifetime Girl Scout and currently volunteer as a Troop Leader for both of my daughters Troops, volunteer within Girl Scout Service Unit 527-New Brighton, and on the Girl Scout Council River Valleys Highest Award Committee. You’ll find posts in my blog that span the range of my interests, including: reading, scrapbooking, crafting, camping, Girl Scouts, and of course writing.
